Romina Masiero Bio (LinkedIn)
Romina Masiero is CEO and co-founder of Lemonjuice Solutions, an Italian deep-tech company building an Agentic Data OS that lets industrial organisations automate operations across the systems they already run — locally, on ordinary hardware, without a datacenter. She came to technology from industrial finance. After a degree from Bocconi University and a master's from Ca' Foscari Venice, she spent eight years at KPMG as an Audit Manager, specialising in IAS/IFRS transition and due diligence for industrial groups, then served as Vice President of a business unit at GEA with full P&L responsibility and as director and legal representative of two mid-cap companies. She is also CFO and General Manager of Quid, an Italian social enterprise that recovers surplus textiles and employs 170 people in vulnerability.
She founded Lemonjuice Solutions in 2025 and is co-inventor on the company's patent application, filed with 10 claims and under PCT evaluation. In its first year the company reached 20 paying customers across five sectors, with revenue from day one and no investment round. It is 60% women-owned, and its software is developed in partnership with a social cooperative running a work-inclusion programme.
She was named to Forbes Top 50 CFO 2026 in Italy and received the CFO Award 2026 in the Excellence category from ANDAF Italy. Lemonjuice Solutions won SPS Italia 2026 and is a top-3 finalist for the IEEE Startup Award 2026.
