Shruti Hardia Bio (LinkedIn)

I have over ten years in software engineering, mostly inside healthcare technology, where I have built and modernised enterprise applications across .NET, AWS, and cloud infrastructure. I currently work at WEX Health Inc. as a Software Development Engineer 3, promoted from Level 2 to Level 3 after several years delivering automation and modernisation on healthcare benefits, payroll, and HR platforms.
My foundation is cloud-native architecture, event-driven systems using Kafka, containerised deployment with Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines built with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. I hold the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate credential and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Bradley University, and I am pursuing a second Master's in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics at Indiana Wesleyan University.
I am also an applied computing researcher with four peer-reviewed IEEE conference papers and one journal article on federated learning for smart cities, AI-driven brainwave analysis, diffusion-based synthetic network data, machine learning for cyber intrusion defence, and scalable software repository analysis. My current focus is a portfolio of automation platforms inside My Benefit Express that removes manual work from the employee benefits lifecycle for multiple clients and employers.
