Srihari Tubati Bio (LinkedIn)
I am a Principal Data Engineer with more than 18 years of experience designing and operating enterprise data platforms for one of the largest financial services organizations in the world. My work sits at the intersection of enterprise data engineering, cloud data platforms, distributed database technologies, metadata governance, and master data management. Over the course of my career at Fidelity Investments, I have moved from production database operations and compliance data engineering into metadata cataloging and lineage automation, then into cloud database automation and multi-cloud database standardization, and now into principal-level data platform architecture. I have led enterprise initiatives including the migration of more than 3 billion performance records from Oracle to Snowflake with 100 percent validated accuracy, the evaluation and standardization of distributed database technologies across AWS and Azure, and the design of a cloud-native database deployment platform used by more than 150 database developers. My current focus is the modernization of Fidelity's Fund Performance analytical platform, where I lead the architecture separating operational and analytical workloads and the design of validation and audit capabilities supporting daily investment performance information used across the firm.
