Stephanie Bowers-Legg Bio
Stephanie Bowers-Legg is the Operations Enablement & Fraud Prevention Manager at Wisetack, a Series B fintech startup that provides consumer lending for in-person services. While at Wisetack, Stephanie has built five high-impact functions and started the DEI network. She is known for her team-building skills, mentoring people new to tech, and her insistence on empathy and kindness in the workplace. Stephanie is an ACFE Certified Fraud Examiner, HRCI Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management certified, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Utah Tech University and Master of Science Management from Texas A&M. Stephanie lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, dog, two cats, and snake. In her spare time, Stephanie runs a small business, Paperback Soap Company, which sells custom soap bars. All proceeds go to charity.
