Toshi Goel Bio (LinkedIn)

I am a Senior Software Engineer with more than 17 years in software development and over two years focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and retrieval-augmented generation for enterprise use. I spent 13 years at Tata Consultancy Services building web applications for Dow Chemicals, Boeing, Liberty Mutual, American Express, and Belgian National Railways, working across India, the United States, and Belgium. Along the way, I grew into tech lead and onsite coordinator roles, mentoring a team of 5 developers and bridging onsite and offshore teams. At eBay, I trained Microsoft Copilot agents to follow project guidelines and extended Glean into a conversational knowledge platform for customer support agents. Today I work at Philadelphia Gas Works through Satin Solutions LLC, where I design and build AI systems for document-heavy business work. My current focus is procurement intelligence, where AI reads and assesses the large, complex documents that teams otherwise review by hand. I have also built LLM-powered voice agents for loan officers. My grounding in C#, .NET, and SQL Server, paired with hands-on work in LLMs, vector databases, and agent frameworks, lets me take an AI idea from architecture to a secure, working enterprise system.
