Vidya Srinivasan Bio
Vidya Srinivasan is a Product Manager, Speaker, Singer and D&I advocate. Vidya started her career at Microsoft 10 years ago, and currently works at Meta. She has built products used by millions of people in the enterprise, small business, and consumer segments, and holds 21 technical patents for her work so far.
Vidya has nine years of public speaking experience and has given 100+ talks on product management and careers in tech. Vidya has been a guest lecturer at the University of Washington and has been invited to speak at coveted institutions like Harvard University, Columbia University in the City of New York, North Carolina State University, Arizona State University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Dell EMC, Smartsheet, etc.
A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech, she served as the General Chair of the Grace Hopper Conference in 2019, 2020, and 2021. As a singer, Vidya delights her audience by mashing up music and tech on stage. She holds a degree in Indian classical music and performs with bands to raise funds for non-profit organizations.
