susana Alvarez Vitale Bio (LinkedIn)
I am a mother of four, entrepreneur, spiritual leader, mentor, and lifelong learner. For more than 40 years in the technology industry and 25 years as an entrepreneur, I have dedicated my life to helping people and organizations embrace change, unlock opportunities, and reach their full potential.
As Founder and CEO of NewTech Group, I have built and led teams across the Americas while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Beyond my role as a business leader, I have had the privilege of serving on the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council, the Polycom Partner Advisory Council, and the Logitech Partner Advisory Council, collaborating with global leaders to help shape the future of workplace technology and collaboration.
I am also Co-Founder of Fundación Para los Chicos un Futuro Mejor, Director of Centro de Espiritualidad Santa María, member of its International Council, Board Member of WICMI and WeEvolution, and a passionate advocate for education, mentorship, and women's leadership.
A graduate of Stanford LBAN and Harvard OPM, I believe growth is a lifelong journey and that leadership is ultimately about serving others.
My greatest accomplishment is not the business I built, but the people I have helped grow, the leaders I have helped develop, and the lives I have had the privilege to impact along the way.
