4. Virtual Ceremony

Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Who is it for?

Nomination eligibility criteria:

Currently serving as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Director of Product, VP of Product, or equivalent product leadership role.

Demonstrated outstanding leadership in product strategy, roadmap planning, user research, or go-to-market execution with measurable business results.

Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.

Active commitment to fostering inclusive product teams, mentoring emerging product talent, and promoting diverse perspectives in product development.
