The Women in Tech Job Fair and Career Summit is an annual event dedicated to empowering women in the technology sector. Organized by WomenTech Network, it features an exciting lineup of sessions, networking and recruiting opportunities designed to advance the careers of women in tech and build a more inclusive industry.

The Women in Tech Job Fair and Career Summit is an annual event dedicated to empowering women in the technology sector. Organized by WomenTech Network, it features an exciting lineup of sessions, networking and recruiting opportunities designed to advance the careers of women in tech and build a more inclusive industry.

This year’s event will take place over two days:

  • October 15, 2025: A fully virtual experience, with keynote speeches, informative sessions, recruiter and candidate Q&As and virtual networking sessions that connect job seekers with recruiters, tech leaders and peers from around the world.
     
  • October 16, 2025: Local in-person job fair events in major Tech Hubs, designed to deepen connections, facilitate meaningful conversations, and create opportunities for career growth right within the local community.

Stacey Hurd is a passionate and collaborative Director of Enterprise Sales with a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams. She has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. For the last seven years at New Relic, she has focused on leading sales initiatives that deliver exceptional value to clients while also delivering strong sales results. Her greatest joy comes from mentoring and developing talent, creating an environment where team members feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. She has a genuine desire to help others succeed and believes that a great sales leader empowers their team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and shared success.

Gwen Dylan

Account Executive – Mid-Market Sales

Gwen's journey from a Philosophy major to a 20-year veteran in enterprise software sales was unexpected, but she has developed a deep passion for the intricate puzzle of connecting business problems with elegant technology solutions. This focus on problem-solving is the core of what she does, both professionally and as she navigates life in Atlanta with two teenagers and a trio of pets. She believes the best results come from building authentic connections and lifting others up, helping both her customers and teammates achieve their goals.

Strengthen ATL talent pipeline and brand awareness: Attract and engage with top-tier sales and product professionals in the Atlanta tech market.
