We are looking to grow the organization by adding a trailblazer to lead and guide this incredible team by adding a Sales Manager to join our premier Commercial Sales organization.

What you'll do
  • Drive customer sales and success by providing oversight, adoption of sales strategies and recommendations on sales deals
  • Expand existing footprint within accounts, Drive larger deals, engage C-level executives and close complex transactions in large companies 
  • Develop and mentor Commercial Sales team members  to ensure that customers are blown away by the quality of our account team
  • Improve the scalability and efficiency of our sales teams
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internally within your team, handling risks and issues raising upwards as needed
  • Partner with pre-sales, marketing, channels, and sales ops to identify revenue prospects and opportunities to increase our revenue……and that’s just the beginning!
This role requires
  • 3+ years experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Experience leading technology sales teams, preferably ones that sold software (you could make our hearts sing if you sold SaaS!)
  • Demonstrated and substantial sales achievements
  • A real passion for mentorship and developing
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science 
Bonus points if you have
  • Technical background, with a basic understanding of infrastructures and SaaS industry in general
  • Exposure to or having previously represented Observability solutions
