These groups provide a platform for employees to connect, share experiences, and drive positive change.

- Inclusive Culture Education Portfolio: Inclusive Culture Education Portfolio: We apply a comprehensive approach to our Inclusive Culture Education Portfolio, i.e. we consistently develop among our employees key Inclusive Culture competencies: Inclusive Culture Awareness, Bias Awareness, Inclusive Collaboration, Allyship/Advocacy, linked to (1) international standards and principles, (2) employee journey and (3) EPAM work-related situations. EPAM offers Inclusive Culture education not only for managers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to foster an inclusive work environment, but for employees of different levels, roles, and functions to reflect our people and business needs. Inclusive Culture education comprises e-learning, facilitated training, mentorship, coaching, and advocacy/allyship programs.

- Partnerships with Leading Organizations: EPAM collaborates with renowned organizations dedicated to fostering Inclusive Culture. Some of these partnerships include McKinsey/Lean In, Women Impact Tech, Spectrum Designs, Technovation Summit, Women In Tech, Girls Who Code, Women Tech Network, UNDP/BIT, and more.

- Cultural Awareness and Celebrations: EPAM organizes various events and initiatives to raise cultural awareness and celebrate important occasions. These include Black History Month; International Women’s Day; Cultural Awareness Week; Asian Pacific American Heritage Month; Pride Month; Hispanic Heritage Month; People with Disabilities Month; Pinktober; Movember; Learning Week.
