Managing Director, HP Indonesia | Tech Transformation Leader
Juliana Chen (publicly known as Juliana Cen) is the Managing Director of HP Indonesia, appointed in January 2025, and a senior technology leader with more than two decades of experience across the consumer and commercial tech sectors. She is recognized for driving growth, innovation, and large-scale business transformation in highly competitive markets. Prior to HP, Juliana spent over a decade at ASUS Indonesia, where she led major market expansion and helped scale the notebook business to a top national position. She later joined Microsoft in a regional role focused on partner and ecosystem development across Southeast Asia, deepening her expertise in cross-stakeholder leadership involving enterprise, government, and channel partners. Today, she leads HP Indonesia’s strategy during the shift toward AI-enabled products and services, with a strong focus on relevance, resilience, and future-ready innovation.
