We’re looking for an experienced R&D Engineer to join iLayout and Reusable components development team at Synopsys. The candidate will design and develop software that will accelerate viewing, editing and processing computer-aided design of the next generation of microchips worldwide.
Key Qualifications
- Experience on development of complex software projects, proficient in C/C++ coding, and a solid background in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in system-level software programming is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in scalable multicore and distributed programming is a plus.
- Experience in programming software for electronic design automation is a plus.
- Prior experience with EDA/CAD tools development/usage is a plus, but not required.
- Desire to learn and explore new technologies.
- Demonstrate good investigation and problem-solving skills.
- MS/PhD with at least 6-8 years of related experience.
