2. Jury Evaluation

An independent jury reviews submissions based on leadership impact, community contribution, and influence on women in tech.

3. Finalists Shortlist

Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.

4. Virtual Ceremony

Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.
