Aurora Moreno Herrera

Experimentation Senior Product Owner at HelloFresh

Aurora is a Senior Product Manager for the Experimentation Platform team at Hellofresh. Since she joined Hellofresh as a junior data analyst back in 2020, her role is to support building a strong experimentation culture and practices at HelloFresh. Aurora’s educational background in industrial engineering, management and data analytics, has prepared her well for her career in tech, with strong focus on the experimentation domain.

Mariana Furini

Engineering Manager at HelloFresh

Mari joined HelloFresh in Berlin as a Senior QA Engineer in the HelloTech team back in 2020; she is a Brazilian queer woman that has always been working in a male-dominated environment throughout her nine-year career in tech. In 2022, Mari took the next step in her career and, since then, has been leading a team of 8 engineers of various disciplines as an Engineering Manager in the Payments Tribe. In her role, her team ensures that HelloFresh customers have a seamless payment experience when ordering a box for the first time.

Naz Pelen

Director Of Product Design at HelloFresh

Naz has 10+ years of experience in product design and agile product development. She is a problem solver, who loves leaning into exciting challenges across design and other business units. Her leadership style combines building trusting relationships with developing her team members to grow and perform their best. She blends her start-up and corporate experience to scale design teams with a focus on inclusivity and culture. Her experience in stakeholder and cross-functional project management enables her to lead with a strong influence in the organization. She is passionate about scaling design teams sustainably and building an inclusive work environment.

Nicole Downing

DEI Senior Manager at HelloFresh

Nicole is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Senior Manager at HelloFresh. Nicole joined HelloFresh in 2020 as a copywriter on the Brand team, but through her work with Employee Resource Groups, she became increasingly involved in DE&I topics. In 2023, she moved over to the role of DE&I Manager and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase diverse representation and foster an inclusive workplace for all. This year, one of her key focus areas is gender diversity, in particular, increasing gender-diverse representation in leadership roles at HelloFresh.

Paula Andrea Castro

Technical Solutions Consultant at SWISS KRONO GROUP and WomenTech Network Berlin Leader

Paula is a highly driven professional with 8 years of experience in the IT, Qcommerce, and e-commerce industries across 5 countries and 3 continents. She has managed various business portfolios and scaled products in regions including APAC, MENA, Europe, and LATAM. Her passion lies in Product Management and Operations, particularly in ensuring a flawless customer experience. She advocates for Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, believing it to be essential for success and innovation. She emphasizes the importance of networking and empathy throughout one's career. Paula is proficient in various tools and methodologies such as Confluence, JIRA, SCRUM, Miro, Figma, and PIM (Akeneo) for Catalog development. Additionally, she is the WomenTech Network local leader for Berlin.
