I am a Ph.D. candidate at Carnegie Mellon University investigating the potential for performing data-driven discovery in cosmological datasets using statistical and machine learning models. I have extensive experience applying deep learning and Bayesian modeling techniques to studies of astrophysical systems in order to probe the hidden nature of dark matter and dark energy. Furthermore, I am an analysis team leader in the internationally recognized Dark Energy Survey collaboration, where I develop analysis pipelines for redshift estimation of weak lensing measurements.
