In my opinion, mentorship should be seen as an opportunity to build a lasting network. Therefore, there shouldn't be a fixed duration for the program. From my experience, once a relationship is established, the mentor and mentee no longer need scheduled meetings—the mentee simply knows where to find a trusted advisor when needed.
