Our client is an Austrian company that plans, finances, builds, maintains, operates, and collects tolls for the entire high-ranking road network in Austria. In short: our client operates the motorways in Austria.

This project is about building a central working place with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for the service department (service, sales, and marketing module). Dynamics 365 CE is highly integrated with 6 other back-end systems by means of Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions. iFRAME Integrations are used to directly access the back-end UIs from within Dynamics 365. Azure Cognitive Services and LUIS (Language Understanding) are used to automatically identify service cases and route them appropriately. The Dynamics 365 environment is according to Microsoft Support one of or maybe the biggest existing in Europe.
