    • Experience working on and managing large teams working on Linux, Compute, storage, network; Cloud, Automation, Self service portal, Networking services etc


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • End to end ownership of Ongoing delivery and Operations excellence of the 24*7 Global IT Support operations (CoE) – Network services
    • End to end delivery including but not limited to – SLA/ KPI adherence; Ensure Quality and compliance, Stake holder communication, Customer satisfaction, Zero surprise escalation, Risk/Issue Identification & Mitigation
    • Ensure quality and compliance
    • Lead and implement increased scope of CoE
    • Streamline and standardize the operating model for CoE
    • Tracking and reporting of major outages, mitigation plan and follow up till closure
    • Improve efficiency of IT Support
  • Drive strategic initiatives related to Continuous Improvements in the region including –
    • Automation initiatives with an objective to reduce incident volumes, Improved customer experience, Employee productivity, Value Adds, Cost optimization and implementation of best industry standards.
    • Plan and implement Self Service Portal, Chatbots
    • Continue to reduce the cost of IT – as defined by cost of support, technology acquisition, change management etc.
  • Continuous improvement
    • Automation initiatives with an objective to reduce incident volumes, Shift Left, Improved customer experience, Employee productivity, Value Adds
    • Implementation of best industry standards.
    • Continue to reduce the cost of IT – as defined by cost of support
  • Enhance customer experience in the region
    • Aim is to scale and enable IT as a strategic partner for business units
    • Setup regular cadence with SA business leaders
    • Capture and track customer requirements till closure (Quick turnaround wherever possible)
    • Setup IT events every month including IT Roadshows, Tech Talks, Interactive session etc
  • Reporting  - Lead weekly reporting, QBR, CoE reviews , project reviews, major outages etc
  • People management 
    • Aligning with the CIO objective and SA region objective, to ensure the IT organization in the region is successful.
    • Hiring, Mentoring, Upskilling, Training /Certification, Succession planning
    • Build leadership skills in the region to drive strategic discussions/ initiatives and not just tactical ones.
    • Strong governance and compliance (in alignment with organization guidelines)
    • Improve employee engagement.
  • Lead and own the Site expansions in the region
    • Lead Project Planning, implementation, Successful GoLive while meeting quality, cost and timelines
    • Standard template, project plan and documentation
    • Implementation and successful GoLive
    • Stake holder management and communications
    • Issues/ Risk identification and mitigation
  • Data Center management
  • Vendor management 
    • Setup regular cadence and service reviews with all service providers/ OEMs/ 3rd party vendors with an objective to improve the IT services in the region
    • Contractor Resourcing –
      • Streamline and standardize contracting process for the region
      • Identify contractors with finalized rate card (Define std rate cards)
