The Senior Analyst, Sales, Revenue Operations plays a pivotal role in providing advanced support to the sales team by contributing to strategic planning and in-depth analysis. This position involves spearheading projects that collaborate with various facets of the business while actively participating in the formulation and development of strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Leveraging your robust analytical expertise, you will be instrumental in reporting on sales metrics and generating insightful recommendations to enhance team priorities and operational efficiency. 
 
In this senior role, you will closely collaborate with sales leaders and account executives within Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales. Your responsibilities will encompass championing forecasting best practices, delivering comprehensive Sales KPI reporting, and creating consumable data presentations and visualizations. This senior position requires a heightened level of expertise and strategic thinking to drive the sales team's success.

Role Responsibilities

  • Regular Working Hours - 11.00 am - 7.00 pm Polish Time (CEST) with some flexibility
  • Lead the creation of high-impact strategic analyses to yield insightful perspectives on sales trends across diverse global sales teams. 
  • Utilize advanced analysis of sales pipeline and product utilization data, crafting intuitive visualizations to distill clear insights from extensive datasets. 
  • Evaluate, refine, and present departmental and team goals, offering robust recommendations that significantly contribute to Relativity’s overarching commercial strategy. 
  • Lead development of forecasting methodologies, visualizations, and processes, working with sales leadership and Finance to achieve accurate ARR and deal close projections. 
  • Spearhead pivotal operational initiatives collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internal and external to the go-to-market structure, to drive critical business objectives forward. 
  • Champion best practices in reporting and data integrity, ensuring that go-to-market teams accurately capture and report on key metrics. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Process team and IT to oversee and optimize an efficient CRM system, ensuring its alignment with evolving business needs. 
  • Help build and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous innovation. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supporting a customer-facing organization. 
  • 3+ years in an operations, analysis, or strategy-focused position. 
  • Strong analytical background, working with large sets of data. 
  • Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations, and help drive projects to completion. 
  • Ability to interact with senior levels of the organization and across a variety of cultures. 
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Compensation

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices. 
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 114000 and 172000 PLN gross per year. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position
