An electrical engineer by training, a software consultant by profession and humanitarian at heart – I am Innovation evangelist; technology leader with exceptional skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Product Management, Agile Project Management, Training, and Coaching.
I have been representing women in the IT industry for about a decade by coaching and mentoring on issues such as equal opportunities, visibility, gender pay gap, and helping other women break the glass ceiling. I have managed various mentorship programs for over 50 active participants. I speak regularly on the issues of women in technology and their empowerment in the industry for equal representation and collaborative partnerships.
Quratulain is Global Ambassador and Country Leader for Women Tech Network from Pakistan. She is the first Pakistani WikiStage Organizer and founder of a social learning community group called Tabassum Care Society Open Literacy Program. Her initiative is an open all-inclusive coaching for women, minorities and men. The idea of this platform is to aid personal growth and career advancements. Through social learning Quratulain aims to cultivate self-awareness, enhance leadership skills and create opportunities for authentic connection and collaboration.
