Kathleen Mitford Bio
Kathleen Mitford leads the marketing team for Microsoft Azure, the cloud where all people and organizations can invent with purpose. In close partnership with engineering, Kathleen’s team aligns go to market and sales execution for business growth. Previously, Kathleen spent 15 years at PTC where she started as the VP of Market and Competitive Strategy and rounded out her time as the EVP and Chief Strategy Officer. While at PTC, Kathleen oversaw Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances, Corporate Marketing, and PTC Academic. She’s a passionate champion of diversity and inclusion in tech — particularly when it comes to women, a proud wife and mother of two, and a graduate of Philadelphia University.
