The Corporate Initiative of the Year Award recognizes outstanding corporate programs focused on upskilling, reskilling, and mentorship that empower employees—particularly women and underrepresented groups—to advance in technology and AI careers. This award celebrates organizations that invest strategically in workforce development through structured learning pathways, technical bootcamps, mentorship frameworks, and career transition programs that create lasting, measurable impact on employee growth and industry talent pipelines.

How does it work?

1. Nominations Open (Active)
Complete the online nomination form. Self-nominations and organizational nominations are welcome.
2. Jury Evaluation
An independent jury of HR, talent development, and tech leaders reviews submissions based on program design, reach, measurable outcomes, and sustainability.
3. Finalists Shortlist
Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.
4. Virtual Ceremony
Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Who is it for?

Nomination eligibility criteria:

Organization has implemented a structured upskilling, reskilling, or mentorship program within the past 24 months targeting technology and AI career advancement.
The initiative demonstrates measurable outcomes such as employee skill certifications, career transitions, promotions, or increased representation of women in technical roles.
Evidence of executive sponsorship and dedicated resources (budget, staff, technology platforms) supporting the program's design and execution.
Program actively addresses diversity, equity, and inclusion goals by specifically supporting women, underrepresented minorities, or career-changers entering technology fields.
