Richa Daga is an international technical speaker, author, mentor, and engineer by heart. She is a recognized IoT Thought Leader and talks about disruptive technologies at the global Internet of Things Community conferences. Richa is also a speaker at IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference and Global Women TechConference where she shared her insights into the world of connectivity. Richa is also a technical author at global Enterprise Viewpoint Publication and IEEE

Richa spearheads DEI initiatives and is a core member of women's communities to elevate female speakers globally. She appeared on the renowned SignalWire’s ClueCon talk show and global women leadership podcast to address the latest trends in the telecom industry and the dire need to bring more women into STEM.
Richa is passionate about technologies and chipsets that connect the world. As a Software Engineer at Cisco, she works in developing products that pioneer the breakthroughs to build the internet of the future. Prior to it, she worked at Ciena and developed cutting-edge hardware supporting data traffic up to terabits of speed. Richa has been recognized with several awards for her exceptional contributions to work and her passion for women in technology. Richa is based out of New Delhi, India.
