Vineesha Satwani Bio
Vineesha is a digital strategist in the region with extensive experience in top-tier global consulting firms and Public Sector. Over the years, she has worked with 40+ public sector organizations in the Middle East as well as various Fortune 100 companies across different industry verticals to solve unique business challenges and create opportunities through digitalization. She has also re-designed various public services on digital channels and systematically worked on enhancing digital maturity in these organizations and designing initiatives to benefit the transformation of the city and improve the lives of its residents.As a digitalization advisor to the foresighted government leadership, she aims to promote the culture of continuous innovation and digital transformation and specializes in translating leadership vision into an actionable strategy.
She has received multiple awards for her work and transformations from government entities of the UAE and global firms (Including Road and Transport Authority, Protiviti Global Consulting Firm etc.). Recently, she was the finalist of the ‘Global Rising Star of Technology’ by UK’s top technology magazine "Information Age". Additionally, she holds the position of UAE Country Chairperson for Technology and Innovation for a non-profit global organization which aims to create equal opportunities for women. She was the board member of the "Academic Counselling Board" in Birla Institute of Science and Technology in addition to the marketing lead of BITS AMP which is a non-profit initiative to create mentor-mentee pair and help youth carry out career changes with the help of a mentor.
