Zehra began her career at Google in business strategy projects. After Google, she worked at BCG in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia across various industries. During her tenure at BCG, her most extensive project involved establishing a joint venture focusing on big data, ML with Turkey's largest conglomerate, which contributed ~10% to the country's GDP. During this project her passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies for business solutions began. The project's primary focus was on accelerating companies' transformations through the utilization of big data, analytics, ML, AI-enhanced supply chain management, and IoT. Post BCG, she pursued her MBA at Harvard Business School, where she explored a few startup ideas.After MBA, she aimed gaining valuable startup experience for entrepreneurial endeavors, she transitioned to an early-stage AI startup, Metaphysic. She played a pivotal role in growing the company from 15 to 120 employees in two years. Specializing in business development and operations, she executes strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to optimize processes and achieve long-term sustainability.
She is passionate about leveraging gen AI for workflow automation and user interfaces. She believes harnessing the capabilities of gen AI will revolutionize the knowledge work, empowering professionals to focus on strategy.
