Reach Out via Email: Send an email to your contacts informing them about your nomination. Explain the importance of the Women in Tech Global Awards, and provide them with information on how they can support you by voting. Don't forget to ask them to pass the information to their own networks, this will extend your reach.

On the profile page, you'll find social media sharing buttons. Click on these buttons to share the nominee's profile on your chosen social media platform(s). This could be LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform provided.
By sharing the nominee's profile using these buttons, your action counts as a vote for the nominee.

Please note the following important information:

Repeated clicks from the same user are tracked internally, so multiple clicks without real shares by the same user will not result in multiple votes, even if it shows multiple clicks on the front end. The system is designed internally to count unique shares only, to ensure a fair voting process.

Zethu Lubisi is an IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in information and communication technology, digital transformation, and strategic leadership. She is the Founder of Mamlakah Holdings, a multi-dimensional platform focused on strategy, impact, experience, and meaningful conversation.

Her expertise spans data governance, cybersecurity, digital strategy, hybrid work enablement, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. She is passionate about advancing digital equity and building inclusive technology ecosystems.

Currently completing her PhD, her research explores the perspectives of women in ICT within South Africa’s telecommunications sector, focusing on hybrid work, identity, environmental influences, and digital safety.

Zethu is also the host of the In Transit Podcast, where she explores leadership, growth, and purpose. As a speaker and strategist, she translates complex ideas into practical, impactful action.
