About Women in Agile Toronto
My name is Cristiane Xavier: Brazilian, Mother of 2, wife, and have been living in Toronto since 2018.I’m an Agile Enthusiast, Cloud Addicted, Process Automation Geek that finds the best tools and techniques that fit each organization for more than 15 years.
I hold many credentials such as MBA, PMP, Change Management Practitioner, CSM, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, ITIL, Cloud Practitioner AWS, Personal and Professional Coach, and Leader as Coach. However, the most important activity is related to Agile Community which I’m engaged in since 2008.
Passionate about innovation, Agile, Lean and design thinking, my dream is to show that Agile is beyond scrum and software development, and everyone can follow agile and project management principles.
I’m a change agent always embracing new opportunities. As a community builder and agile advocate, my mission is to empower teams to deliver value, drive projects to the highest standards, and search for ways to simplify.
