Özge Tekalp is a visionary business leader with over 30 years of global experience driving transformation across the USA and EMEA regions. Her distinguished career spans senior executive roles at major corporations including İş Bank, Kodak, BNP Paribas, and QNB Finansbank, BankDhofar, VeriPark and LST where she mastered the art of navigating complex business environments and delivering exceptional results.
Since founding her consultancy in 2019, Özge has executed projects specializing in sales strategy, customer experience design, digital transformation, and fractional leadership services. Her expertise spans fintech, digital banking, technology, and customer experience across diverse sectors, consistently delivering measurable business outcomes through her collaborative approach and business acumen.
Currently she is a fractional Chief Customer and Project Officer in LST and helps her customers through her training and consultancy services.
A lifelong learner, Özge holds an MBA from the University of Rochester. She has successfully completed the Chief Digital Officer Program from Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University and a postgraduate degree in Digital Business from MIT and Columbia Business School. She also has Corporate Governance certification and business coaching.
