Managing Director, Data & AI, Accenture

Aditi Sharma works with clients cross-industry to develop and deliver business value through Data Transformation Programs. Her experience involves Data strategy, Modern Data Architecture and delivering advanced analytical solutions to resolve clients’ business problems. She has worked across multiple industries over the course of her career helping clients transform Data into actionable insights and create new business opportunities. Her focus is to help clients build and utilize modern platforms to transform their businesses with AI/ML and Generative AI. Aditi leads Modern Data Architecture, Snowflake GTM for South Market Unit and Snowflake Practice for Accenture NA.

Nitasha Chopra
VP and COO, Dataverse (Business Applications), Microsoft

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Nitasha is responsible for driving operational and business transformation such as improvements for gross margin and identifying opportunities for investment that are critical to growing the business and revenue. She is also responsible for growing business strategy for Microsoft's Dataverse Platform as the core AI Data foundation of business application products and customers. Nitasha brings ~ 20 years of experience across the software and hardware ecosystem on strategy, engineering, operations, account management and software development. Most recently drove the Product Execution Office for Edge products at Intel, where she was responsible for leading the office driving Edge Product revenue of over $4Billion. She is an award-winning thought leader, board member and industry evangelist, passionate about transforming organization culture, and strengthening inclusive teams to develop the next generation of aspiring engineers and leaders. A champion for women in software and STEM, she supports & mentors’ women and URMs to make an impactful difference in their lives & accelerate their growth.


Samta Kapoor
EY Americas Energy AI and Responsible AI Leader

Samta Kapoor is a principal at EY Consulting helping organizations make data-driven decisions to drive organizational change and deliver value responsibly. She is a strategic problem solver with proficiency in data and AI strategy, data management, ESG, responsible AI and governance. As the EY Americas Energy AI and Responsible AI Leader, Samta is a technology evangelist for Fortune 500 companies. She is fundamental in shaping how organizations approach AI to achieve the extraordinary with trust and ethics at the forefront. She brings a unique passion for helping organizations use data/AI/ML to innovate, create new products and services and optimize business processes. Samta is a thought leader in the industry being quoted in various media outlets including CNBC.com, FOX Business News and TechTarget. She also served as a key spokesperson in the 2023 EY AI Anxiety in Business research and has been a featured speaker at many high profile tech conference across the nation. Additionally, Samta was a recipient of the Women Leader in Data and AI Award in 2021 and the San Francisco 40 under 40 in 2024. A first-generation immigrant, outside of her daily work Samta is building a non-profit to solve for world hunger by connecting different parts of the world.
