Session: Resilient Not Reactive: Leading with Clarity, Confidence, and Agility
In a world marked by uncertainty and change, female entrepreneurs don’t struggle because they lack drive — they struggle navigating relentless demands rapid pivots, and sustained focus across multiple domains of life. Resilience isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about maintaining clarity and composure as the stakes increase.
In this science-based and deeply human keynote, Dr. Adrienne Youdim — triple board-certified physician, former Medical Director at Cedars-Sinai, and certified in Mind–Body Medicine — brings physiology and psychology to entrepreneurial leadership. Drawing on two decades of medical practice and her research on hunger and reactivity, she reveals how mind and body shape decision-making, confidence, communication, and execution—often long before we’re aware of it.
Dr. Adrienne challenges the idea that resilience is simply grit or mindset. Instead, she introduces a practical framework for leading from nourishment rather than depletion, especially in seasons where women are navigating professional ambition alongside evolving roles, responsibilities, and expectations beyond the workplace.
Participants learn to recognize early signals that compromise clarity, understand how unmet “hungers” quietly drive overextension and reactive choices, and apply evidence-based strategies to regulate their nervous system in real time—so they can stay grounded, intentional, and decisive as demands rise.
This keynote equips female founders to lead with agency, steadfastness, and sustainable performance—without compromising clarity, alignment, or long-term impact.
