Aleksandra Flis is an executive advisor with specialisations in peak performance coaching and career transitions. All of her work, from 1:1 coaching to corporate programmes, is about helping high-impact women to find a sustainable way of enjoying life and performing at the top. This usually involves reinventing and levelling up in their careers. Prior to founding her boutique practice, she worked in the field of commercial strategy for both multi-billion dollar global companies, as well as regional start-ups. After years of having an intense “efficiency and productivity” focused work life, she transitioned to executive coaching to help female leaders to come more closely in line with performance, resilience, productivity and human capacity.
