Kim’s relevant experience includes:

National Consulting Leader for TMT Industry responsible for building community and aligning RSMs services with industry go-to-market approaches
Led large-scale private equity backed company business transformation that positioned the company to scale and tuck in acquisitions quickly and efficiently. Transformation initiative required 60+ professionals across four 3rd party vendors and the organization’s internal teams. The key initiatives included an overhaul of data governance and reporting, transformation of the renewals process, implementation of KPIs and reporting strategies, order to cash transformation, billing automation, revenue recognition automation, and sales tax automation
Led several ERP & billing software selections for technology industry clients with complex billing issues including subscription billing, minimums and tiered billing models, and consumption based models. Subsectors including healthtech, fintech, and edtech.
Work with several private equity firms to design scalable portfolio add-on operational strategies to drive quick and consistent value creation. Strategies including optimal target operating model design, business process design, data and reporting design, and technology strategy design.
Have served organizations across various industries across a wide variety of projects including Quote to Cash transformation, FP&A improvement, revenue automation and 606 adoption, billing automation and professional services and support optimization
