Session: Leverage Diversity to Drive Data Initiatives: Digital Transformations in the Face of Opposition

Launching a successful digital initiative requires more than just a great idea—it demands buy-in from stakeholders across the organization. But how do you gain widespread support, especially from those who may resist change? In this session, we’ll explore proven strategies for building consensus and turning objectors into advocates. We’ll dive into the psychology behind resistance to digital transformation and how to address common concerns such as fear of disruption, job security, and unfamiliarity with new technologies. You’ll learn how to engage key stakeholders early, communicate the value of the initiative in ways that resonate with different audiences, and build a coalition of champions who drive the initiative forward. Attendees will leave with practical tools to not only overcome objections but also convert skeptics into allies, ensuring the long-term success of their digital transformations.

Key Takeaways

  • Communicating strategies at every level
  • How to stay focused surrounded by FOMO
  • Turning objectors into advocates
