Session: How the Power of Data can Make you a Stronger Leader in the GenAI Era

In today’s data-driven world, the power of data is undeniable. It shapes industries, fosters innovation, and defines our world. Yet, amidst this deluge of data and the rise of generative AI, the importance of data quality and explainability often gets overlooked.

In her presentation, Alyson dives into the symbiotic relationship between data quality and effective IT, and how strong leadership is pivotal to its mutual success. She emphasizes the importance of deciding when to invest in transformative technology and how using emerging technologies centered on data, such as GenAI, graph databases, and analytic-centric software, can make you a stronger leader.

In the era of GenAI, rapid insights and heightened productivity are essential for growing business opportunities, and Alyson explains how enterprises can harness GenAI’s potential by using knowledge graphs to safeguard against hallucinations. Moreover, knowledge graphs help to uncover hidden connections and patterns within complex data, enhancing decision-making, predictions, and business innovation. She also offers insights on how to avoid the pitfalls, such as data wastage and inaccurate forecasting.

Alyson credits much of her success as Chief Revenue Officer to her embrace of emerging technologies, and she believes that fully understanding your business's data will lead to the next wave of exceptional leaders.

Join this session to explore how your organization can harness the power of data to drive transformative innovation and how you can grow as a leader in the process.
