Discover how neurodiversity, including conditions like ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, and dyslexia, can be a source of strength and innovation. Learn about the challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals, especially women, and how we can foster a neuro-inclusive working world. This speech will encourage you to flip the narrative, see opportunities, and amplify the voices of this largely unheard population.

Bio

An accomplished talent professional with extensive experience across all dimensions of the people agenda, Amanda is EY Global Consulting Talent Leader.
Working with leaders across the business, she drives a talent strategy designed to enable the level of transformation required to ensure continued success.
With her experience and insight of large and complex businesses, she is often requested to speak to senior leadership at key clients on people-related topics.
Amanda holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, London.
How Amanda is building a better working world
“I am fortunate enough to be able to work with EY Foundation as a co-sponsor of a Young Women’s Network which brings together 14- to 18-year old girls from challenged demographics. With the girls very much in the driving seat, we are shaping and helping to implement a program which focuses on developing their confidence, skills and knowledge in preparation for the world of work.
I am also very proud and privileged to be a member of 'Pilot Light,' an organization which matches executive talent with CEOs of charities. We work alongside the CEO, typically at a tipping point in the growth and development of the charity, to guide, advise and help them to achieve the success that they deserve.”
