Amber Foucault is the VP of Product, Applications at Dayforce. She joined in 2023 after nearly a decade at startups where she held multiple roles, most recently as Chief Product Officer of a B2B and B2C data and consumer commerce platform. She is using her product mindset to help shape the future of work through the Dayforce core suite of human capital management products. With the launch of over 70 unique products under her belt, her specialty is turning divergent ideas into convergent action. Amber has led teams in product, design, strategy, customer support, data, and more, drawing expertise from each build and creating strong cross-functional communication that solves problems and constructs processes to ensure execution is always possible.
