Session: Supporting employee mental health

Workplace wellbeing is more important than ever, yet many leaders often lack the confidence in providing practical support to employees who may be struggling with their mental health. This session will offer participants the chance to grow their confidence in this area, teaching them some key skills they need to support employee mental health. It is ideal for anyone with management or supervisory responsibility.

Key Takeaways

  • * Recognise some early warning signs that someone you manage may be struggling with poor mental health. * Grow your confidence in having sensitive conversations around mental health.
