entrepreneur. She is Founder of Lone Peak Dance &
Fitness and runs a thriving coaching business. She has
presented at conferences, retreats, and trainings across
the United States.

Amy Sanders is a master-certified mindset and life coach. For more than two decades she has taught and inspired thousands of women through weight loss, mindset, and business. Amy works with women to uncover their purpose and help them release the deep-rooted beliefs that hold them back in life. Amy is an entrepreneur by heart and has built multiple successful businesses. Currently, she runs an online coaching business while also owning and operating Lone Peak Dance & Fitness Studio and is recognized as one of the top fitness trainers in Utah. She graduated with a BS degree in exercise science, holds over 30 fitness and nutrition certifications, and is a certified master life coach. Her work in the fitness & wellness industry paved a path to life coaching which is where she spends the majority of her time now.Because of Amy’s successes, she also coaches on how to run successful businesses while juggling being a wife and mother. Helping women find their voice and passion through entrepreneurship is something that Amy has become extremely passionate about.
