Bio

Mathematics was her calling. Technology has been her profession for more the last 20 years. Transforming companies is her current passion.

She started programming genetic algorithms for the logistics sector. Then she moved on to the banking industry, working in international projects related with liquidity management, finance and treasury. Since 2012 she has been involved in data driven projects, being one of the Data SME in GFT, delivering innovative solutions to its clients.
A creative think, an analytical mind and passionate about challenges, she combined a career in technology with leading work life balance initiatives: working from home and flexible schedule. Her current challenge is to design the future of hybrid remote working while transforming the core business of the company: how to form the best teams with the best people.

Aside from work, Ana is passionate about science and empowering girls in STEM so she is a mentor and a coach for the next generation of female STEM professionals.
