In this talk, I introduce Agentic Commerce: a new paradigm where AI agents orchestrate and automate the complex, behind-the-scenes work of commerce gtm tasks, quoting, pricing, renewals, compliance, and fulfillment, so humans can focus on what they do best: building relationships, solving problems, and closing meaningful deals.
Drawing from real-world enterprise transformations, I’ll explore how agentic AI systems are working collaboratively across CRM, CPQ, billing, and finance and can reduce friction, accelerate revenue, and fundamentally change how commerce teams operate. This is not about replacing sellers; it’s about amplifying them.
