Bio
Ankita Mehta is a Product Leader currently working at TikTok, where she builds platform products that power billions in advertising spend and enable a global ecosystem of developers, partners, and brands. Raised in a small city in India with limited opportunities for women, she became the first in her family to move abroad and build a global career in technology. She began her career as an engineer in male-dominated teams, advocating for equal opportunity, and later earned recognition as a Women in Engineering awardee. Over the past 12 years, Ankita has built and scaled enterprise SaaS platforms, led global cross-functional teams, and partnered with some of the world’s largest companies. As a full-time mom, she is committed to redefining work-life integration and empowering women to pursue ambition with confidence and without compromise.
