Ankita Mehta is a Product Leader at TikTok, where she drives TikTok Platform strategy and operations, powering billions in advertising spend and supporting a thriving global developer ecosystem. Born in a small city in India where opportunities for women were limited, Ankita became the first in her family to move abroad and build a global career in technology. She began her career as an engineer, often fighting for equal opportunities in male-dominated teams, and went on to win recognition as a Women in Engineering awardee. Over the past 12 years, she has built and scaled SaaS solutions, led global teams, and worked with some of the world’s largest brands. As a full-time mom, she is passionate about redefining work-life integration and empowering women to break barriers and pursue ambition without compromise.
