Ayamba Okpa is an experienced technology consultant with over 6 years of experience in drivingdigital transformations and business process optimization across various industries, including
financial services, telecommunications, oil & gas, manufacturing, and public service. She has
worked extensively with clients across Africa (Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, South Africa, Guinea, Sierra
Leone, Botswana, etc.) delivering complex technology solutions with cross-functional teams
located in different parts of the world (Nigeria, Ghana, India, United Kingdom, Canada, etc.).
As a current manager in one of the Big 4’s, Ayamba excels at consulting, leadership, coordination,
vision mapping, project initiation, monitoring, execution, process innovation, managing cross-
functional teams, mitigating project risks, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-
driven strategies and agile methodologies. She is also highly skilled in stakeholder engagement,
