Bio

Priscila is an experienced IT professional with over 11 years in the industry, with the last 8 years focused on product management. With a strong technical foundation as a former software developer, she is passionate about creating digital products that users love. Priscila has shared her insights at industry events such as Scrum Gathering Rio de Janeiro and The Developers Conference Florianopolis in Brazil. She combines technical expertise with a user-centric approach to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

Aye Chan is a product manager who has led initiatives at both startups and large enterprises, overseeing everything from user research and discovery to product delivery. At Thoughtworks, she managed the development of mobile and web applications, driving impactful user experiences for clients in various industries. Prior to joining Thoughtworks, Aye Chan worked as a business consultant for leading financial institutions like BMO and FIS, helping shape their digital transformation strategies. She holds a Systems Design Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and has a strong foundation in user-centered design and Agile development.
