Session: Overcome your limiting beliefs and the stories that hold you back
Women in business often feel burned out, stressed out, and overwhelmed. While society urges women that they can “have it all” and to strive for “work-life balance”, just 5% of Fortune 500 companies have female C-suite executives. Meanwhile loneliness, depression, and isolation are at all time highs.
Becky’s time in executive positions in over two decades of banking has been filled with opportunity and obstacles. After being fired as President of a community bank, she realized she had traded things she valued the most for things that could be easily taken away.
Since that time, she has found her passion to lead, coach and inspire women to be all they were created to be. While still in bank management, she now runs Positive on Purpose, a coaching program for women in business.
After hearing Becky speak, women will feel empowered to uplevel their career, get unstuck, and unlock their potential by uncovering their limiting beliefs and the stories that hold them back.
