Ms. Beth Leonard, Chief Operating Officer at R3, is an award-winning speaker and executive with over 30 years of experience in IT and Information Security management, compliance, quality assurance, and process improvement across government contracting and commercial industries. She oversees day-to-day operations of a cloud-first MSP, delivering modern IT, security, and compliance solutions.

She is a recognized industry voice, frequently invited to speak at local and international events on resiliency, emotional intelligence, mentorship and leadership, compliance, governance, quality, and customer satisfaction, drawing on expertise with frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, ISO, CMMI, and ITIL. She also serves as a Neuroendocrine (NET) Cancer patient advocate, contributing to organizations such as the International Neuroendocrine Cancer Alliance and the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation.

Her extensive certifications include ITIL Expert (Trainer and Proctor), ISO Lead Auditor (9001, 19011, 20000-1, 27001), A2LA-accredited assessor, Black Belt Six Sigma, PMP, and certified Facility Security Officer. She has successfully led numerous CMMI appraisals, CMMC assessments, ITIL implementations, and ISO certifications, building integrated management systems across quality, service, and information security.

Throughout her career, she has advanced customer satisfaction, organizational metrics, and quality programs using Six Sigma and best practices from ISO, ITIL, PMBOK, SOC, NIST, and CMMI, making her a highly respected leader and innovator in technology and compliance.
