Session: Horizon-Setting: A 3-step approach to leading yourself & others in times of change

“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?”
“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.
“I don’t much care where–” said Alice.
“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.
~Alice in Wonderland
Navigating where we're going, who we're going with and identifying the best path to get there can be stressful and hard. In this practical, insightful session, Candace will provide you with a 3-step process to choose which horizon to focus on and how to stay true to your values in getting there.

Key Takeaways

  • Participants will learn a 3-step approach to help lead themselves & others in times of change
  • Participants will gain awareness of key connections between mental health & strategic leadership
  • Participants will leave with the start of a personalized action plan to identify & live their values while navigating change.
