Session: The People Have Spoken, and Talent Mobility is the Future: How to Create a Standout Growth Experience for Your Workforce

The world of work continues to turn on a dime. Companies across industries are navigating the nuances of retaining, reskilling and remobilizing their employees to adapt to changing demands. One thing, however, still holds true: people want to grow. They want the freedom, the skills and the opportunities to pivot and stretch within their current companies. And, more importantly, they want transparency from their leaders on how to achieve it. So how do we create strong growth experiences for our people and properly equip them for this new way of working? Join Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer at Cornerstone and Katie Ballantyne, Vice President of Product & Customer Experience at Cornerstone, as they spotlight the imminent need for internal talent mobility – from a people and product lens. With 2023 research showing women are roughly 33% more likely than men to say they would like to explore projects that help them learn new or different skills, Carina and Katie will explore how this type of talent strategy positively impacts women in the workplace and prove why internal growth and continuous learning opportunities are the way of the workplace future. These actionable strategies will be a guiding light for employers looking to build a self-developing workforce seeking growth inside their company and provide insights for employees looking to take control over their own career path.
