Session: The AI Blueprint: How to Build Smarter, More Resilient, and Productive Enterprises

In today’s data-driven economy, AI isn’t optional — it’s mission-critical. In this session, Carol Kim, reveals how enterprise leaders can harness AI not just to optimize, but to transform. Drawing on over two decades at the forefront of IBM’s AI and data strategy, she will share proven frameworks and real-world examples of AI in action — across operations, finance, and real estate — demonstrating how AI can unlock measurable value at scale.

This is not a talk about shiny tools or theoretical futures. It’s about practical, actionable insight: how to build responsible AI ecosystems, scale intelligently, and lead with clarity in an age of constant transformation. Whether you’re an executive, strategist, or change agent, you’ll walk away with a blueprint to lead your enterprise—and your people—into the AI-powered future.

Key Takeaways

  • Scale AI across global operations with clarity and impact.
  • Build sustainable AI systems that drive real business value.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration for AI transformation across the enterprise.
  • Leave with a pragmatic framework to spark AI innovation in your organization.
