Carol Kim is an Executive Director at IBM, where she leads global strategy across Technology, Data & AI across IBM Global Real Estate—a portfolio spanning 120+ countries and 600+ locations. Known for bridging the divide between business and technology, she enables enterprise-wide, data-informed decision-making and drives transformation at scale.
Over her 20+ year career at IBM, Carol has held senior leadership roles in Finance, Operations, and Data Strategy. She has:
• Modernized global real estate operations through intelligent, integrated systems.
• Built IBM’s enterprise Data & AI platform, turning data into a strategic asset.
• Led enterprise financial planning and regulatory compliance across global markets.
Carol also serves on the College Board’s Advisory Board, helping shape high school curricula in Cybersecurity, Business Finance, and Networking. She is a USCPA and a graduate of Harvard Business School and Korea University. She lives in Westchester, NY.
