With experience across Fortune 500 companies in various sectors, Ceci has also taught at prestigious institutions like Columbia Business School and MIT Sloan. She helps businesses master AI's potential for their customers and studies technology's impact on human experiences and brands. Ceci authors "Authentic Interactions," a weekly newsletter on trust. She holds a Bachelor's from NYU Stern and a Master's in Statistics from Columbia University. Currently, she's completing doctoral studies on interpersonal trust signals in virtual environments.
